Subscription Terms
When subscribing to The 7:00’s Report you will need to provide Kinsale Trading, LLC with your name, email address, billing address and credit card information. You certify that all information you provide is accurate. You also agree to update your information as necessary so that it is accurate and current.
You agree to pay the applicable subscription fees as set forth on this site. Your subscription will automatically renew for the quarterly subscription period you originally signed up for until you notify the Kinsale Trading, LLC of your decision to terminate your subscription. You agree that your subscription will be billed automatically at the beginning of each renewal period at the then-current rate to the credit card you used in your most recent transaction with Kinsale Trading, LLC. You must notify Kinsale Trading, LLC of your intent to cancel your subscription in writing (either by e-mail or regular mail) prior to the beginning of each renewal period.

The 7:00’s Report is protected by United States and International Copyright laws. All rights reserved. No license is granted to the user except for the user’s personal use. The federal court for the Southern District of Florida, West Palm Beach division or the courts of the State of Florida, Palm Beach County shall have jurisdiction to hear any dispute under this agreement.
